Your Pregnancy Journey

Pregnancy is divided into three trimesters, each lasting about 13 weeks. Your baby grows from a single cell to a fully formed human in just 40 weeks.

First Trimester (Weeks 1-13)

Major organs and systems begin forming. Morning sickness, fatigue, and breast tenderness are common. The risk of miscarriage is highest during this period — take care of yourself.

Second Trimester (Weeks 14-27)

Often called the "golden period" — energy returns, nausea subsides, and you may feel your baby's first movements (quickening). The anatomy scan usually happens around week 20.

Third Trimester (Weeks 28-40)

Your baby gains weight rapidly and prepares for birth. You may experience Braxton Hicks contractions, shortness of breath, and increased fatigue. The finish line is in sight!
